Shipping policy

For order less than $100; $8.00 flat shipping rate will be applied. *FREE delivery for order above $100. Returns are credited to the original payment method. We will refund the item(s) purchase price within 30 days of your arrival. At this time, we only accept returns for purchases on CCILU.com. Free return postage applies only to orders within the 30 days of purchase. If the product is returned outside of the 30-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, CCILU USA will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise.  Additional non-returnable items: Coupon Code Redemption / Gift cards / Discount Items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
