Merchandise that has been unworn, in original box or packaging along with your receipt may be returned within 14 days of shipment date, for either store credit or exchange. Store credit cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons. Please contact our customer service representatives regarding an exchange, and they will gladly guide you through our exchange process. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5.00 re-stocking fee. International customers are responsible for any return shipping fee that may apply, as prices may vary. If items returned have been worn or are damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the additional shipping cost to have those items returned to them. Please download, printout and complete our Return Form and include it in your shipment when returning product(s).

CCILU International Inc is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet and will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is an another way of saying that it’s a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website’s servers.

In an effort to make your shopping experience as secure as possible, we now require that you enter your credit card’s 3 to 4 digit security code (CVV). Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing it helps to prevent credit card fraud.

CCILU International Inc deletes and does not maintain credit card information after completion of online transactions.
