Size Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item within 30 days of purchase, send us an email at service@ccilu.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please send an email to service@ccilu.com and list the following:
1. Explain reasons for return/exchange.
2. Provide photos of your Ccilu shoes (front, back and outsole).
3. Provide your order number and order email.
4. Once you receive a return/exchange confirmation email from us, please remember to provide a tracking code.
• If the item is indeed defective or we sent you a wrong order, we will pay for shipping.
• If the item is worn/damaged/not in its original packaging, we will be unable to honor an exchange.
We aim to process within 2 to 4 weeksof receiving them.
Once your return has been processed and provided we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within another 2 to 4 weeks.
The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 4 to 8 weeks upon receipt of the item.
Return & Refund
You can request a refund from our site within 30 days after you placed the order.
Please contact us through service@ccilu.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted (if applicable).
This includes but is not limited to:
• Any item not in its original condition/damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We are not able to be returned or refunded for:
• Coupon code redemption
• Gift cards
• Discount items
We aim to process returns within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving them. You will be notified by email once your return is complete.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s).
• CCILU USA will pay for returned item(s).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns are credited to the original payment method. We will refund the item(s) purchase price within 30 days of your arrival.

• Free return postage applies only to orders within 30 days of purchase
